So why use me?

All Realtors in Ontario work from the same data base, utilize standard forms and contracts and advertise in very similar ways. I'd like to tell you why I stand out from the rest and why you should consider using me to represent you in the purchase and/or sale of your new home.

The internet is an incredible resource for real estate and it's consulted by more than 95% of people who are starting a search for a home in the downtown Toronto area. I hope my website will be helpful to you as well. I update it frequently with the latest trends, statistics, tools and resources to assist you in taking an informed step forward in any real estate transaction. I'm continually updating and implimenting  the latest internet and social media technology through industry training and info-sharing resources. However, that's not enough. 

The vast majority of sellers and buyers enter the market equipped with a broad knowledge of what's available and current markets conditions. What they don't have is experience innegotiating deals, performing visual inspections of hundreds of properties and an understanding of the ever-changing factors that influence the market. Without this knowledge, you will consistently find yourself behind the "eight ball". 

We choose lawyers and doctors and financial analysts to represent, diagnose and guide us because we don't have the tools, education and experience to do it ourselves. Choosing a real estate representative shouldn't be any different.

What sets me apart? 

I have extensive knowledge, training and expertise to assist my clients in making the right personal choices. I have lived in this community most of my life. I currently live and work here and am raising my family here. I am familiar with the outlying communities as well, the residents and most importantly, the clientele looking to move into this vibrant area.  


I continually update my professional skills to ensure I'm ahead of the game in an ever-changing market.  My clients have  said I'm "attentive, patient, knowledgeable, thorough" and, above all, that I clearly enjoy what I do. For most of us, our homes are the largest single investment we have. Purchasing a new one, or selling one that's full of memories, can be a highly emotional and stressful time.
