According to statistics released yeaterday by Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), national homes sales rose slightly in February compared with the previous month.
When compared to February of last year, February 2014 actual activity was 0.9 per cent higher. Where national average price for homes sold was $406,372 which had an increase of 10.1 per cent.
But note that winter weather conditions has been harsh this January. Despite of this, there was an 7.8 percent increase in new listings in Greater Toronto.
