Ok, check this out; I have a client who is offering an BRAND NEW 2011, FULLY LOADED HYUNDAI ACCENT if you buy his home. This is one heck of an incentive and you have to admire his creativity. I really hope it works for both our sakes!

So now 6 months down the road, I have managed to get a few listings, have found a buyer a great little investment property and completed a couple of deals! I have also become a member of a small but very committed commercial team and am developing my expertise on resorts and trailer parks. I work in a great office and everyone has been really helpful, even when I ask the inevitable dumb questions! ...

So after a busy day of planting, I am ready to sit back and relax for a few. Going to a couple of open houses tomorrow to see whats what. The veggie garden is pretty much all done and will finish staining my deck tomorrow before heading out. Next week is going to be interesting for sure. Looking forward to it already.

Ok, so now I have 5 mins, thought I would add a few details about myself. I am a retired British Army spook having left UK after 23 years service. Spent a lot of time in Hong Kong as a Cantonese Interpreter, so if anyone needs some translating done give me a call.
