So, you're thinking of selling your home eh?  Well, you've already taken the right first step - you're checking out my online presence right now to see if you like what I have to say...

Now, the next step is to give me a call.  I'd love to come over and see your current home, provide you with any tips on what to do to get your home ready for the market (yes, it really is different from how we normally live!) and objectively compare your home to similar homes that have sold in your neighbourhood in order to give you an accurate market evaluation.  My visit also gives us both a chance to interview each other - you'll probably want to ask me a number of questions about what I do to get homes sold, and I'll want to know the answers to questions that will help me to market your home appropriately. 

Just so you know, I'm one of those agents who believes in going above and beyond the normal scope of duties.  I take pride in taking more courses and attending more seminars about real estate than what is required.  To me, the more education and knowledge I have, the better service and professional advice I give my clients.
