Who Are My Clients?

Cool - you're here!  Will you see yourself described?  I'm lucky to have worked with people from all walks of life from first-time buyers to seniors selling the family home.  Read on to find out more...

 

First of all, I'm a residential real estate guy.  I don't work in the commercial sector, as I feel this type of real estate is best left to commercial experts - REALTORS® who specialize in this field.  Yes, I've received some commercial inquiries from past clients (maybe one of you is reading this!) - and I've made sure to refer them to a competent commercial expert.  So now, who are my clients?  

Well, my clients tend to fall into one - or more - of these categories:

 

First time buyers (property virgins!):

There's a soft spot in my heart for first-time buyers - and these are usually couples in their twenties or thirties.  It's an exciting time to be buying your first home, and I see myself as your professional guide.  I make sure to give you lots of time and patience as we narrow down the choices to what you want - and also what you need.  I take time to give you information about the different neighbourhoods and I'll tell you when I see something that bothers me about a property too.  

 

Move-up (or on) buyers & sellers:

Whether it's your first home - or the fifth! - that you're thinking about selling to make a move, I'm going to be sure to ask you lots and lots of questions.  Moving is a big decision, and I love to help you make the right conclusion.  Sometimes that means to stay put for awhile, and sometimes it means putting up the For Sale sign and shopping for a new home.  Either way, I'm going to walk you through the process, and I'll keep you informed throughout the selling period.  I'll give you professional market intelligence, so that we can make the right choice of whether to sell first or to buy first - it all depends on what is happening in the market at that point in time.

 

Seniors - what's the right move?

 I'm proud to have obtained my designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® - the accredited designation from the National Association of Realtors®. 

Selling the home you've lived in and loved for many years can be an emotional time.  I recognize these feelings, and I'll make sure to help make it as easy a process as possible.  And, what's the right move?  Do you downsize to a condo, or move into rental living?  I'll explore the different options with you, and provide lots of patience and guidance so that you can make the right choice. 

 

LGBT+ Clients
