I LOVE MY JOB!!!!!
Selling a house is stressful for most of my clients so when a solid deal falls apart, because of extenuating circumstances, it is normal for a seller to experience confusion and disappointment, that said, it is my job, as my sellers advocate, to focus them on the possibilities and future.
Even if Real Estate Agents get an accepted offer (which seems completely air tight) we continue to market the property like crazy and do open houses, which is why when we get a call at 10 AM saying the accepted offer is falling apart we are able to make some calls and do more showings and have another accepted offer that same afternoon.
I love my job, for many reasons, one of which is, as a Realtor, I have the tools to facilitate my clients to getting the best possible results, regardless of unforeseen challenges
