Thinking of selling in the fall.  Take lots of Summer pictures... of your Yard - front and back.  Of your landscaping, trees, your overall street.  The local park,  Your pool, deck, concrete patio, etc.

These cannot be shown as well in the fall and having these pictures can prove invaluable.  Put them in a little photo album on your kitchen table for when potential buyers come thru and have a copy available for me on a CD if possible so I can use them for your listing.
