    Joanne obtained her Real Estate license in 1993, her CCIM designation in 1999, and her broker's license in 2002.  She is designated teacher for the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) since 1999. She is the 2001 past president of the Medicine Hat Real Estate Board. Currently, she is the AREA Director for the Medicine Hat area.  She is abreast of all legislature and contractual development in the industry, and takes her beloved profession seriously.

    Joanne's varied background has made her able to work and empathize with people form all walks of life.  Her artistic vision coming form her fine arts background has served her will in helping clients visualize the potential of certain properties. Operating a non-profit company for 10 years prior to her real estate career has taught her much about marketing and advertising.  Joanne understands what owners and tenants look for in a property.
