In Saskatoon, residential home sales in the city were up 21% and the average number of days on the market was less than a year ago. Both are indicators of an active market environment. An increase in listings meant that people looking for a home had more houses to choose from.

In Saskatchewan, residential home sales were up slightly during the first three months of the year.
