Royal Lake Resort has been purchased by a Manitoba Investment Group. The group has raised the bar for the project to include the opportunity for clients to enjoy a property with fully modern infrastructure and completed all season cottages. The specifications call for new docks, beach and the privacy of an exclusive gated community.
The investment Group has engaged Dobie Properties Ltd. to build the complete cottage for clients. This will allow clients to choose from the four cottage designs and to obtain professional architectural and design advice for interior layouts and finishes. Dobie Properties Ltd is a dynamic residential/commercial developer and builder based in Winnipeg, Manitoba whose reputation is to provide first class service and 100% customer satisfaction.

The infrastructure installation by Moncrief Construction (ie. the potable water and sewage systems and road construction) is complete. Hydro installation is 95% finished with full installation scheduled for June 30, 2010.
