Personal Background
As a resident of Markham since 1987, I'm very familiar with the York Region area, and it's surroundings. Also, as a former resident of Durham Region, I found myself doing much of my business in these areas. You tend to gravitate towards what you know, and this has stood true in business as well.

My personal interests include keeping a close watch on real estate industry trends, in order to help my business continually evolve with today's marketplace. Do what you love, and it won't feel like work.
A strong interest in technology has always helped give me an edge in this industry. I'm quick to adopt new technologies that help market properties, and serve my clients more efficiently. I'm also quick to recognize the gimmicks, rather than wasting time & money in areas that are not beneficial to my clients or my business.
