Thinking Pink Raises Green !

Century 21 Colonial Realty Inc in Charlottetown PEI recently held an open house at The Northumberland- a new condo project in Charlottetown - and raised over $10,000 for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. The tours were held over five days in October and the money was raised by interested parties donating $10 to view 6 fully furnished suites including a the Think Pink Luxury Suite, a one of a kindbedroom suite decorated exclusively in pink, the universal colour of breast cancer awareness. Each person who paid to tour the suites was also given a certificate for a two for one dinner entree at St James Gate - a local restaurant.

"By opening the condos to the public and asking for a donation we were able to satisfy the curiousity of Islanders who had been watching the construction of this one of a kind building in Charlottetown and help out a worthwhile organization" said Joel Ives, Manager of Century 21 Colonial Realty Inc. "We wouldn't be able to have made this event happen without the help of our agents who manned the condos and answered questions, Rachelle Kelly - VP of Sales, The Northumberland who came up with the idea and decorated the condos and many others. Thanks to all who attended and please contact any agent at Century 21 Colonial Realty for your own private tour of this building.
