I am a proud lifetime member of this community. I was raised right here in Lindsay on a dairy farm on Post Road that my parents owned and operated. It taught me the values of hard work and how important friends and community are. I was educated here, and returned home after playing six years of professional hockey in the American Hockey League. I am the very proud father of four children who I am delighted to say were also raised right here in Lindsay. Scott has just graduated with an Honours degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business from Guelph University, Brett attends the University of Victoria and plays rugby for Team Canada, Brianna lives in Edmonton and holds a position as a Community Support Worker finding employment for the impoverished and homeless, she will be married this summer. Matt attends LCVI, plays hockey, rugby, basketball and lacrosse. I live and work with my partner Dee Girdler. When we're not busy helping you with your realty needs. We spend our spare time working around the house, and garden, being active in the community, spending time with family, golfing, walking our three dogs and generally enjoying all that life has to offer in this beautiful town we are fortunate enough to live in.

As an active community member, I am proud to say that I grew up playing sports in this community which prepared me for my years in junior hockey, playing for the Peterborough Petes the last time they won the Memorial Cup. I continue to play hockey and golf and I am a strong supporter of minor sports in the town that has given me so much. I am proud and honoured to be a member of the Lindsay and District Sports Hall of Fame.

I believe in giving back so not only am I a booster, but I have coached minor hockey in this community for over 25 years. I am also a strong supporter of local charities such as the Boys and Girls Club, The Lindsay Rugby Club, Lindsay Minor Hockey and Canadian Blood Services. In 1995, I was a member of the Ops Town Council.

I have sold real estate in our community since 1987, and recently was recognized by the Canadian Real Estate Association for my 25 years of exemplary service. My knowledge and expertise of the local real estate market is unparalleled in this community.
