Wow how quickly the market has changed in two short year. In the summer of 2014 I was selling more properties than I could list, I could barely keep track of all the buyers out there. This year things are different for sure. But its not all doom and gloom out there as I still have been running 12-14 hours a day some days with clients, however the sellers market is not a reality this year, and with more listings than I have had in many years, this is a different year than any I have seen. Buyers have choices, and they are taking their time making those choices as they should. Having 8-10 properties to view rather than 1-2 is a luxury we are not used to here. Prices have fallen yes, but buyers are still active and making calls every day to view these properties. So the million dollar question, as a seller should I sell?
