John Ives,CRA,FRI,has been in the real estate business as a sales person,appraiser and broker/owner since 1967. He has handled thousands of transactions over the past 40 years and is familiar with the entire Province,especially the Charlottetown/Stratford areas and all of Queens and Kings counties.
A past president of the PEI Real Estate Association and a past director of The Canadian Real Estate Association. He is now active in his community as a hospital board member and various other organizations including The Community Foundation of PEI & St Paul/s Anglican Church.
He is also a fee appraiser for over 30 years and acts as a consultant for many individuals,organizations,municipalities and companies.He would be pleased to offer his services to anyone requiring assistance in selling or buying property and can refer you across the country or Internationally if needed.

Professional Background
John has over 40 years experience in real estate sales. He has also obtained his CRA from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and obtained his FRI from the Real Estate Institute of Canada. John joined the Century 21 system in 1980 and was one of the first offices in the Atlantic Provinces. He has served on various committees with the PEI Real Estate Association, National Advertising Fund Committee for Century 21 Canada, and a member of the Chairman's Circle for Century 21. He continually educates himself with matters dealing with real estate while offering top quality service that has seen him work with all levels of government on property transactions,appraisal work for all major lenders and the legal community.
Personal Background
John has lived the majority of his life on PEI and is well respected in the community. He and his wife Gail have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
