Toronto Real Estate Market June Update

♦  June 2013's average selling price increased by 4.7% compared to June 2012.

♦  This occured mostly due to competitive sales in detached and semi-detached homes in Toronto. Competition remains steady for buyers for these types of homes.

♦  Sales in the GTA improved in the second quarter of 2013 as more home buyers have restarted their search for homes despite stricter lending guidelines.
