What do I mean by Peace of Mind?
I’ve spent much of my career in marketing, working on advertising and promotion for some well-known brands. All great brands work on 2 levels.
- First, they work on a functional level…. for example, a soft drink might deliver great taste with fewer calories, like Pepsi Next.
- More importantly, great brands always strive to deliver an emotional promise. Think about what BMW is saying with their slogan, “The ultimate driving machine” and their campaign simply entitled “Joy”.
The point is, great brands offer more than simply function…. they offer a higher-level promise. And so should your real estate agent….
Here’s my promise to you…I strive to deliver Peace of Mind to my clients, minimizing potential stress or anxiety on your real estate journey.
Buying or selling real estate is an important life decision; it is commonly the largest financial transaction in most people’s lives. And it’s not just about money…it’s often emotionally charged as new parents move into their first house, or empty nesters leave behind years of memories.
So when I say I deliver Peace of Mind, I’d like you to know that I work hard on both ‘levels’.
On the functional level, we’ll begin with market and pricing knowledge, move through effectively negotiating the sale of your home, and provide required attention to detail in preparing legal documentation.
On the higher-level Peace of Mind promise, I will listen to your needs, provide perspective, and design a customized approach for our time together. I will free up your time by streamlining the dozens of tasks involved in selling or buying a home, assembling the required resources, and providing consistent communication as we progress.
Functionally, my job is to deliver the best possible result for my clients. On a higher-level, my role is to reduce worry as I help clients move seamlessly into new stages of their lives.
That’s what I mean by Peace of Mind.
May I help you?
