Some interesting info for anybody interested in the Drayton Valley Real Estate market. I compiled some stats from the MLS system for both single family and condominium properties.
Single Family - In 2012 there were 128 listings that sold in Drayton Valley and 29 more that expired. For Sold single family homes that average list price was $319,250 and the average selling price was $313,192. The average days on market was 55 days.
Condominium - In 2012 there were 13 listed condo's that sold and 7 more that expired. For Sold condo's the average list price was $202,815, and the average sale price was $198,776. The average days on market for sold condo's was 86 days.
