Our company is made up of many personalities, but we all share the same credo — "You reap what you sow". We work one-on-one with clients to make sure that we do the best job for them. We don't believe that it's primarily about the bottom line. Transaction by transaction, we are shedding that image of real estate. Our History.

Our company was founded by John DeVries, a Dutch farmer and entrepreneur who came to Canada in 1947. After several years as a successful Real Estate Sales Associate in the Ottawa area, John started his own company in 1969 and purchased the first Ottawa-based Century 21 franchise in 1974. In 1974 he also bought a hobby farm, and has reaped what he has sown every since.
