Welcome to Braemar Park!

Braemar Park is filled with recreation centers, schools and churches, providing Ottawa residents with a friendly and efficient neighbourhood in which to live. Well-suited for families young and old, Braemar Park is composed of primarily single detached houses, as well as some semi-detached homes. A range of bungalow and two-story homes make up the neighbourhood, enabling efficiency and spaciousness for the inhabitants.

Recreation Facilities

Living in Braemar Park means access to park land and bike routes (with over 11km of paved paths in the vicinity). There are numerous outdoor recreation facilities and major community centers are only a short distance away.

There are a number of schools in the area. These include J.H. Putman Middle School and Agincourt Public School, as well as Algonquin College and Nepean High School (outside the neighbourhood). Those looking to participate in regular mass may attend any of the following churches in the neighbourhood: Trinity United Church and St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church.

Transportation

OC Transpo bus routes transect the neighbourhood, including the 151 and 156, providing commuters with easily accessible public transportation. Braemar Park is also located close to the Maitland Avenue 417 Highway exit for the convenience of drivers in the neighbourhood.
