New Social Media Guide keeps Century 21 Sales Associates up-to-date with Technology

CENTURY 21 Canada unveiled the latest tool in its web marketing strategy to it's  real estate sales professionals and brokers attending the CENTURY 21 Insight Path to Profit.


 The CENTURY 21 Canada Social Media Guide was developed by Heather Angus-Lee, former journalist and now President of PROSocial Media. The guide is published in French and English in the form of an e-book and is free to all CENTURY 21 System members.  It contains eight chapters of step-by-step instructions for building profiles and posting content on leading media sharing sites, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr and blogs.  “The PDF guide also includes hyperlinks from pages directly to social media sites, as well as a full glossary of social media terminology for those new to online communities,” says Angus-Lee.



The guide is part of a comprehensive CENTURY 21 web marketing strategy that includes developing one of the most SEO (search engine optimization) advanced real estate websites in the country. CENTURY 21 sales representatives and brokers receive free access to online marketing platforms such as Google Street View, branded blog pages, video embedment and property address URLs in a system of thousands of interconnected branded websites, all designed to drive up listing rankings in property search results.  In the first month of 2010 alone, logged more than 800,000 visitors.
