Broker of Record and Co-Owner
Joanne Evans is a smart, savvy people person.
A former psychiatric nurse, Joanne went into real estate as a single mom in 1986, hoping to put her four children through school. She was a natural, easily achieving and surpassing her goals. In 1997, she started CENTURY 21 Millennium Inc. with a partner.
From the beginning, Joanne approached CENTURY 21 Millennium Inc. as a place to gather and cultivate the kind of highly skilled, highly knowledgeable, service-oriented real estate agents that she loves working with herself. She remains very hands-on, mentoring and coaching extensively.
Today, there are 180 fully committed real estate professionals on the CENTURY 21 Millennium Inc. team, spread over four thriving real estate offices in Brampton, Orangeville, Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, and Thornbury.
Joanne’s unmatched commitment to excellence and ongoing education have earned CENTURY 21 Millennium Inc. a great reputation and countless awards. We’re one of the Top 10 CENTURY 21 firms in Canada, were named CENTURY 21 Franchisee of the Year 2010, and are in the Top 3% in all real estate offices in TREB.
Always active in the community, Joanne and Martin provide food, clothing, other essentials, and gifts to kids in need at holiday and other times, in Brampton and the Georgian Triangle, through Caring for Kids. The program supports dozens of children and their families each year.
CENTURY 21 Millennium Inc. also supports My Friends’ House women’s shelter in the Georgian Triangle, send Kids to Camp every year through Easter Seals, and helped to build a school in Kenya through TenderFeet. We’re also a corporate sponsor for Hospice Georgian Triangle.
Joanne has served on the Brampton Real Estate Board since 1989, and was President in 2004.
