What's new for you Vancouver?
In my early twenties I was convinced I needed a change. A move to start fresh and to experience a place that could offer me an upbeat atmosphere and vibrant environment. Living in England, the U.S. and Canada, I experienced some of the worlds greats, I knew what I wanted. A beautiful city, friendly people, a close beach to bask on and snow capped mountian to board on. To this day I truly belive and preach with all my heart that this place is special. Vancouver is a blank page. It gives everybody unlimited possiblilities to evolve into the person they want to be, the oppurtunity to excel and to be a part of an ever changing environment you help to paint.
I am pleased to call Vancouver my home, and for what I say will be the rest of my life.
Let me help you bring this passion of Vancouver into your next home.
What makes Vancouver MY home
Born in London I got to experience the heritage and tradition of a worldwide landmark of presitge. An amazing place that mixed every culture into a way of life. When I was young my parents decided to make the move and leave our family in England to venture to Calgary where I spend most of my time growing up.This is where I first experience what community was. The sense to belong to something bigger than the street I lived on, but the people that made that city so friendly. Before University I lived with my father and his partner in San Frncisco where I experienced a city with endless oppurtunity and excitement. A city where being bored is not an option. These three cities helped me get a concrete idea of what I wanted out of the place I was to live next. A city with culture, a sense of community and excitemnet. Then I found Vancouver.
If you think Vancouver doesn't have all these three things then you're looking in the wrong place. Let me show you!
An interest of mine
Not long ago I was living in San Francisco a great place to keep you busy, but after making the decision to come to Vancouver and attend Capilano University's Business program, I was pleased to feel the slower pace of Vancouver's beat. I came to appreciate some of the finer things, enjoying my wife's company on the beach with the Hibachi or a Seawall bike ride. An evening drive to Horsebay or experiencing the find of a new restraunt only a short walk from our front door. Downtown is the place to be, and I've had my fix! Living in Gastown, the West End and now Yaletown I have been spoiled with all the love Vancouver can give. But when I do need to get away Daniela and I will venture into the wild. With yearly driving convoys with our friends in the interior, camping in the back country and when the snow starts falling we hit the local mountains for some snowboarding.

How I got here
Previous to my career in Real Estate I worked for many of Vancouver's best hotels. The Westin Bayshore, Fairmont Pacific and Sutton Place are a few of many. I learned what real customer service was, how to be the best and to exceed expectations. I look back at the work I did and can now appreciate the humility it gave me and the people I met. It was a great experience but I needed to move on. I later went to work with a Vancouver ticket brokerage. I was not expecting to learn so much, but in a high pressure environment I excelled and evolved into a cooridinated, meticulous sales individual. I learned to listen to my clients and understand what they really needed. To take what expertise I had and apply my knowledge to the needs and wants of my customers, always getting a positive responce. I set myself aside from the norm and escaped the stereotypical broker and worked with honesty.
Where you'll find me
When I'm not flipping through new listings or hosting open houses I'll be found on one of Vancouver's many golf courses. I am under the hood of my car many days and driving it up the Sea to Sky Highway in the evenings. When four wheels is two too many I can be seen riding one of my self-built bicycles, but my real obsession... is motorcycles.
