Selling in the Winter Market

There are many opinions as to whether or not selling in the winter may or may not be a good idea. Taking a peek at statistics of the Woodstock market indicate that the season does not affect how much your home sells for. One thing to consider when looking at these statistics is that homes sell for 100k-500k in the Woodstock market with an average home price of 240k. When more houses at the extremes of the market sell in a given month, this shows the slight variations in the graph.

The secret to successfully selling in the Winter is the same secret as selling in every other season - Properly Pricing the home.
