Market Conditions in Victoria

I get asked all the time "What is the market like in Victoria". I really do not know how to answer that. The number of listings currently on the market are down since the beginning of the year. There was just over 3800 active listings then and about 3400 now. The sales have been strong, there has been no change in interest rates - I would say we have a very stable market place.
