Lewis Point Park is a neighborhood of West Royalty. It is located on a peninsula in the North (Yorke) River created by Ellen's Creek. It is one of three neighborhoods built in this area of West Royalty in the 1970's and 1980's. The other two being Elliott Park and Orchard Hill. Lewis Point Park has substantial waterfront property as the point extends out into the North River. Today these waterfront lots are at a premuim with homes in the $500,000 price range being built there.
