Year in review
As another year draws to a close, many Real Estate professionals will be checking the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to discover just how many homes were sold on Prince Edward Island in 2007. In 2006, there were 1,492 Island homes sold. How many do you think were sold in 2007? According to the agent version of MLS at 2:00 this afternoon, there were 1,654 homes sold this year, which is pretty close to the Canadian Real Estate Association's prediction of 1,700 homes.
