With the changes in ownership at my brokerage (soon to be Century 21 Home Realty), I figured it was the right time for me to also make a change in where I hang my hat, so to speak. I am glad to still part of the same company, but will enjoy working day to day closer to home at the Waterloo location.
So over the last week, I have been moving to my new space there on Parkside Drive. I have been gathering up files, resource materials, tools, etc. from my Cambridge office and my home office and bringing everything together under one roof. Such fun! I am not being sarcastic. I really mean that I have been having fun with this move. It has given me an opportunity to decorate, select some interesting new pieces of furniture, such as these awesome chairs I found on Kijiji (in Century 21 colours). They used to be used in a diner. So funky!
One of my greatest concerns in relocating was being able to continue offering fantastic service to my clients in Cambridge. I am happy that I will still have access to my old location in Cambridge, and will still be able to meet with my Cambridge clients there. But, seeing that the majority of my clients have been in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, and it is much closer to home, this move is a smart one for me...and actually better for my clients as it gives me more time to focus on meeting their needs and less time wasted on the road.
Bear in mind that no matter where you are located, I am able assist you with your real estate needs. I have full access to Century 21 offices in K-W, Cambridge and Guelph and have a world-wide referral network. I have referred friends, family and clients to other agents in areas where they are buying in Michigan, North Carolina and Florida, and all of them are happy! I could refer people to agents in places farther away, too...literally anywhere in the world. It is good to have someone like me to do the homework for you in searching for the right professional to get the job done for you...no matter where that location may be.
