Your life is your message to the world. Make it Inspiring.

Kelowna is the stand-out city in Canada. It's the largest city between Vancouver and Calgary and is made up of a legion of dazzling communities nestled in and among the surrounding mountains, lakes and vineyards. If that weren't enough, it's only minutes away from all of our neighboring beauties: Vernon, Lake Country, Summerland, Peachland, and many more. Each community and every neighborhood has its own unique character, culture, and unwavering sense of pride.

You will feel like you are on permanent vacation, with the summer sun and cool vibe. It really truly never gets old. Not a day goes by that I don't say (out loud). It's so beautiful here. I can't say it's one thing about being here. It's many. The infinite roads for motorcycle riding (I prefer the Harley kind but any bike will do ... one with pedals even), hundreds of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs, and inexhaustible selection of lakes and beaches (paradise for anglers and wake surfers alike), farm to table restaurants, juicy Okanagan peaches, the genuinely nice people, and well, you already know about the wine.

When is the last time you picked a perfectly tree-ripened apple off the tree and ate it right there on the spot?

The winter is nothing short of spectacular either. Big White and Silver Star Ski Resorts are minutes (not hours) away with more than enough snow to shake a ski or snowshoe at. Actually make that impossible amounts of snow and hundreds of runs between them. If skiing isn't your thing, what about sledding? Greystokes alone could keep you busy for days. All this without having to scrape the frost off your windows or brush snow off your car. It really doesn't seem fair. Does it?

By now I expect it's plain to see. I LOVE the Okanagan and I can't get enough.  This is my effort to shout it from the mountain tops, or more literally from my deck with the unobstructed lake view, and share it with everyone I know. Now, you might think from my bragging that I was born and raised in here but I'll let you in on a secret. I am a born and bred Alberta girl. A transplant. One of the many red and whites buzzing around this heaven on earth.  Ssshhhh. Don't tell anyone. I can't go back!

This site is dedicated to those who are committed to designing their life. Life begins in the Okanagan.
