Latest MLS Stats and News
You can check out my other website www.karicalder.com for many of my blogs, but one that you may find interesting is the latest Saskatoon MLS stats.
The listings keep coming down in numbers, which isn't uncommon for this time of year, but the buyers still seem to be out there and actively buying houses in Saskatoon and area. I seem to have several first time home buyers in Saskatoon and the low interest rates seem to be helping motivate these people who are buying houses for sale in Saskatoon.
