I just listed a lovely 2+1 bedroom 810 square foot home in Pacific Heights. This house for sale in Saskatoon received an offer on it the first day and we have another offer on it as of today. The first offer came with a 'option clause' as they have a condo to sell in Saskatoon, but if they cannot remove conditions and complete the sale of the condo in Saskatoon in Silversprings the offer will default to the second potential buyer.
It is getting to be harder for buyers to purchase houses or condos for sale in Saskatoon with inventory levels going down and the government talking about increasing interest rates and making things more difficult for home buyers in Saskatoon (and all of Canada) in general.
This is just another reason why it is important to use a buyer's agent in Saskatoon when you are looking to buy a house for sale in Saskatoon. It is also important to use an active real estate agent in Saskatoon as there are many who don't do a lot of business so they aren't necessarily up on what is happening that particular day in the Saskatoon real estate market.
