You would need to have the application in rather quickly (May 27, 2011) but this is an opportunity to work with DMSMCA to help improve the neighbourhood. In my quest to always try to provide my best, comprehensive service, a site i advertise through has recently created a summary list of programs available in Winnipeg. These programs range from grants to discounts upon retrofits and installations.
