Running out of brochures at a Sunday open house. Even though the weather was more winter-like than spring, I had an open house today at 245 Upton Road, and I was very pleased to see such a great turnout of potential buyers. Eternally optimisitic, I printed off 25 brochures to bring with me, and in the span of two hours, I had 24 groups come through. From speaking to most of the visitors, I learned that the majority of them are in the market to either downsize or upsize or relocate, and are getting ready to list their homes in the coming spring months.
Hopefully this is a good indication that the real estate market in Charlottetown will continue to keep Charlotte and I busy in the coming months. My cell phone has also been ringing quite a bit in the past few weeks, so things are looking great ... now we just have to get rid of all this snow!
