Inspiration - Kyle Maynard Warrior Spirit Crossfit

This blog post isn't about real estate, but I couldn't resist posting it.  That's the luxury of having my own blog :)

I recently started a fitness program with kettlebells, at The Whole Way Health and Fitness Studio.  I love it, and it's kind of my new fitness obsession. It's really a challenging workout and sometimes I feel "I can't possibly do one more". 

The video below amazes me - Kyle Maynard of British Columbia is an incredible inspiration.  Whether it's work or fitness that challenges us, sometimes we need a reminder to dig deeper and really push ourseleves to our limit.
