When you are moving, often there are items of furniture that you don't want or need to take with you. There is a great service here in Charlottetown to help you: the Habitat for Humanity ReStore at 365 Mount Edward Road accepts donations of used and new furniture, appliances and building supplies.

The sale of these products help Habitat to fund the building projects. If any home owners have left products behind thety would gladly come and pick them up. Any questions please call the ReStore directly at 367-3448.

My phone is ringing with clients preparing to list for the spring market. There are many things you can do to get your house ready to list. I know my house never looked better than it did when I put it on the market (making me wonder, why am I selling? :)

I travelled to the Century 21 National conference in Toronto last weekend. It was a great event and I enjoyed meeting other Century 21 Realtors from across the country. One my favorite parts was the below announcement of the new Century 21 iPhone App being launched this month. I love that Century 21 Corprorate focuses so much on technology and how it will help in the ever changing real estate market. Check out the videos below (turn up the music!)
