Condos are a great alternative lifestyle for most people. Being a condo dweller myself I can speak for having more free time and having great amenities in our building. One caution I would tell you is that we do our homework because not every building is the same and not all condo fees cover the same things. Find out what your fees cover. Personal Background

While I have been a realtor for eight years now I did work in the coal mining industry for 15 years in Grande Cache Alberta and with David Thompson Health Region for 5 years with people with traumatic brain injuries.

While all careers are completely different, I have learned from each career to treat people with respect and be honest and upfront.

I am married to a wonderful lady, Kelly and I have a blended family of six kids and 3 wonderful grandchildren.
