Red Deers most popular selling point
2011 is over and Red Deer saw 1562 homes sell.
The most active price range was between $250,000 and $300,000 where we saw 395 sales.
In there we saw:
328 single family homes
35 1/2 duplexes
22 townhouses
10 apartment style condos
To give you an idea of what you get for 250-300K in a single family home the average year built was 1987 with an average of 1124 square foot on the main floor. Out of those 328 single family homes that sold 183 of them had a garage.
