Springtime

Well another springtime is upon us. With the rain of the past weekend everything should start to blossom soon. Our market is doing just fine right now. Compared to last year we have less listings that are available and near the same sales. Not much to report on that just we are churning with great things happening. The biggest difference from last year is the over priced listigs are fewer. The other difference is there is a renewed confidence in Alberta. Everybody seems to be hapier and willing to buy again. Good things are coming for Alberta in the next year. You should be part of it. I have said for the past year and a half that the end of 2011 and 2012 are going to be good years for Alberta. I still believe that, I think we are going to see people working fulltime again, people starting ot spend money again and more smiles in our world. We are fortunate to live in a great province.

Secondly I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge a couple. Recently a couple I met through real estate lost a son. These are good people with a very young family who lost their 5 year old. Nathan was that kid who smiled, a good boy with a kind heart. I remember meeting him for the first time a few years ago. His parents are going through a tough time right now and I had a chance to give them a hug recently. Could you all think about Nathan today, keep him in your thoughts and prayers, and for his parents and siblings. Life is not fair most days. After everything I went through over the past 2 years in my personal life I could not imagine what this family has been through. They are strong believers and I trust that helped.

Now to you. I hope you are all fine. If you are reading this blogpost we have connected somehow. I hope you are happy and healthy and have a wonderful spring and summer.

If you or someone you know is thinking of moving please contact me and I will help.

Thanks for reading.
