Well a new year is upon us and fresh hope for a great year is here. Based on what I hear from 'THE EXPERTS' this year will have a strong push for sales and pricing. I agree with one part of it. I think sales will increase a lot from last years 1562 sales and 2010s 1386. Almost everyone I talk to has a renewed optimism toward this year. Everything I read points to a great environment for housing sales. Then you add into that a 2.99% interest rate being thrown around it is difficult to say no to buying a place.
