Staging Your Condo

Staging Your Condo

House staging and condo staging are different in many ways. Here are some key points to think about when getting your condo ready for sale.

 • Think Square Footage - many condo units have limited space so think of how you can make every inch and every corner count.

Proportionate Size - All accessories and furniture should be smaller in proportion to the size of the unit to make the space appear larger and easier to navigate.

 • Flex Areas - Area or room sometimes need to be used for addition functions, therefore you need multi-purpose furniture. Some example include chairs that fold out into beds, high low tables that transform from cocktail tables into dining room tables, murphy bed and ottomans that serve as extra seating and storage.

 • Define spaces - use mild colours to accent different spaces ( not too bold). This create different moods and excitement more in line with the activity of the room.
