Airport Real Estate Listings and Information

London's Airport district is home to the London International Airport, the 9th busiest airport in Canada in 2010. The airport land runs from Robins Hill Rd. to the north, Dundas St. to the south, Nissouri Rd. to the east and Veterans Memorial Parkway to the west. The airport was annexed into the City of London in 1993.

With quick access to the 401, 15 minutes from downtown London, and close to most amenities, about 165 people live within the airport district mainly within rural areas outside the Urban Growth Boundary. Land within the Urban Growth Boundary, between the airport and Clark Rd. are zoned industrial land. Much industrial growth is occurring in the area along Veterans Memorial Parkway.
