The Canadian Museum for Human Rights, located at the Forks in Winnipeg, is Canada's newest national museum.
This "ideas museum" is about concepts - not collections. It is dedicated to exploring history and Canada's commitment to human rights, including yet not limited to rights related to freedom, safety, religion, labour, women, sexual freedoms, and individuals and communities living with disabilities. It is a place of inspiration, education and dialogue, completely unlike any other institution in the world. Stunning architecture, immersive multimedia exhibits and powerful themes will create a memorable experience.
