Well it's T-Minus 12 days until delivery due date! Mind you this baby girl could come at any time...........we all know I'm ready to get her out!
However, business does not stop For a busy salesperson just because your going to stop! To date with only 12 days left I have signed up 2 new listings, have 4 to sell still and just mailed 3,000 flyers for advertising!
I keep telling people I will slow ...

Summer is fast approaching and so is my baby! Baby #2 is due June 19!
The market is still bustling with activity all over the GTA. Homes are staying on market a little longer then back in January/February, however, homes are still demanding a amazing price considering where we were this time last year!
Buyers are in luck with more and more homes coming on the market daily and home owners ...

If anyone has ever thought of selling there home now is defiantly the time! There is no shortage of buyers out there however, there is a shortage of listings!
Every listing out there seems to be selling within 7 days for an average of $20,000 over asking! For my new home buyers this is certainly not the best scenario! Two of my clients have lost out in multiple offer situations last week alone! ...

So at some point last week I was at the bottom of the pile for moral in my business! No emails from clients, no calls from, no inquires nothing! A week like that really puts this profession into perspective when you think about how many bills you have to pay in a week and have nothing coming in to pay for them! .......Then......... WHAM! You feel like your head is spinning and your going backwards ...

What catches people's attention enough to have them pick up the phone and call you or send you an email to welcome you into their home and hopefully sell it for them?
