Happy New Year 2013!!!
WOW! It’s been a whirlwind year at Century 21 with Wally, Janet & I!
We were successful in helping over 30 families find their new dream homes in 2012! Wally & I we have also been able to donate over $5,000 to local charities and help clients raise funds for various organizations....that is amazing!
In addition to our professional service to families, managing much appreciated referrals from clients and supporting our community we have been working on some exciting new initiatives for 2013. This year we will be one of only two agents in Markham affiliated with The Real Estate
Professional Network & The Real Estate Talk Show on AM 640!
Beginning in February, we will also have our own column in The Wedding Planner Magazine GTA!
We feel confident that 2013 will bring a great new Referral Plan for clients, additional team members and of course the highly regarded red carpet service our clients have come to expect from us!
Again THANK-YOU, we know we could not have achieved such success without all of YOU!
We also welcome our newest team member, Natalie Kahil! Natalie is a knowledgeable, young entrepreneur whowill no doubt bring enthusiasm & excitement to our office!
Kudos to The Following People & Programs!
Cornell Mom’s Pink Gorilla Challenge
The Cornell Mom’s Pink Gorilla Challenge was an initiative led by moms in an effort to raise funds for breast cancer research. To date they have raised over $3,000! I’m so proud to have been a part of such an important cause! Way to go ladies!
St. Andrews Coop Playschool
As Co-President of this well known preschool I was honored to be a part of their 40th Anniversary this year! The school held an anniversary gala in February that was attended by Mayor Frank Scarpetti from Markham! A huge thank-you to all who attended and to all of those who have supported the preschool for the past 40 years!
To all my MoBros a big Congrats! Often men’s health challenges are overshadowed by other initiatives. The funds raised by the Mo Bros in Canada support men's health issues, specifically prostate cancer and male mental health initiatives.
Hope & The City
The 3rd annual Hope & The City Event took place at Angus Glen G.C.C this past October. It was rewarding to be a part of such a meaningful event! This year the event was able to raise almost $19,000. These funds will support the breast cancer cause in a variety of ways! Excellent job to everyone involved! Enbridge Ride To Conquer Cancer Team Boobs On Bikes rode over 200K from Niagara Falls to Toronto this past June and we were able to raise over $7,000 towards conquering cancer. Thank-you to all our contributors & corporate sponsors including Van Dykes Tree Care, Birchmount Collision & York Electronics.
A HUGE thank you to everyone involved in raising funds and volunteering their time that I may not have mentioned! Your time and efforts are invaluable and are appreciated both locally and internationally. Together, we are all setting a meaningful example for our future generations!
