Summer is fast approaching and so is my baby!  Baby #2 is due June 19!

The market is still bustling with activity all over the GTA. Homes are staying on market a little longer then back in January/February, however, homes are still demanding a amazing price considering where we were this time last year!

Buyers are in luck with more and more homes coming on the market daily and home owners have an abundance of buyers to look at there home. This is good for both the home owner and the buyer!

I would also like to welcome my two new recruits who will be helping me while I am MIA for a couple months!
