This is something I have been struggling with since I started my career! What catches people's attention enough to have them pick up the phone and call you or send you an email to welcome you into their home and hopefully sell it for them?

I think this is the million dollar question every single person who has ever gotten into this business has asked! There are a million different media's to use such as paper advertising, websites, social media, flyering, calling, emailing, not to mention a million different slogan's (#1 agent is the top by the way, lol) and a million different photo's etc....

I have been using all the above with little results except for past clientele and centre of influence.......I love you all by the way! Without you I would not be able to do this! However, getting new clients to notice you is the root of any business.

So here is the $MILLION DOLLAR$ question................What makes you want to contact "that" real estate agent and invite them into your home?
