I will soon be holding the keys to my dream home in Cornell Rouge and to a large extent Kimberly should be given most of the credit.
I showed up on her doorstep in early February, feeling a little lost after my recent separation, expressing a vague notion of what I wanted in a home; which was to be an important element to the start of a new chapter in my life. Kimberly was supportive, patient, knowledgeable and available to me throughout the whole process. As we worked together she became increasingly aware of my likes and dislikes in a home. There was one failed offer attempt; the outcome likely guided by destiny, for subsequently 14 Balsam came on the market. She knew this was the house for me.
We saw 14 Balsam together on Friday March 5 and I loved the house. There was disappointment in that we had thought we could present an offer that night, only to find out that the rules had changed and they were holding offers until the next week. Our night came, she with her lucky pen that you had gifted her and I with my MontBlanc; we set out with hopes of having the winning offer and remain within reasonable price limitations. In the end Kimberly's masterful presentations of my offer and counteroffers established a rapport on my behalf with the seller, who was also starting a new life after her recent separation; which won the day.
