We are writing in response to your letter asking for feedback regarding our
experience with Kim Colton in buying our house in Belleville recently.
Kim did an exceptional job of guiding us through the entire process. We
were lucky enough to have found her as walk in customers the day she was on
duty at your office. She did a great job of listening to our needs and
showing us properties that fit our specifications. We really appreciated
this as we are very busy people and did not want to waste our time, if you
will! We felt Kim gave us practical and sound advice when asking all of the
questions one has when moving to a new community and wondering about
property values, neighbourhoods, etc. She even went so far as to pass us
links to sites of interest regarding community theatre, work opportunities,
sports clubs and shopping tips. We had a less than smooth closing due to
unforeseen circumstances with outstanding building permits on the property.
She was able to help us understand what was going on by talking to the
sellers agent (she made several trips to the house to check on progress of
certain issues as we were buying from out of town). In the end, all come
off well thanks to her efforts and calm composed manner! We would highly
recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and hard working agent in
the area. She went above and beyond to make it a good experience.

Thank you for your letter of March 26, 2010 and the Glidden Paints 25% savings coupon.
We are extremely pleased with the work done on our behalf by Kim Colton & Victoria Jelly-Coutu. We feel very fortunate that after just moving into the Sunrise apartments we saw that there was to be a Real-Estate meeting being held at the Town Hall. As you may know, we attended and met Kim & Vickie’s team and the follow-up was done without pressure and yet with true professionalism, and it was clear that we had been listened to, something not done by other Real-Estate Agencies.
Although it has taken nearly a year to accomplish what would work for us, it was done with the best care and attention that was possible considering the lack of senior condo units in the area. The fact that we have been able to purchase the unit size we hoped for, is thanks in large part to the work done by Kim & Vickie.
