If you have an appreciation for great photography, come by the Markham North location of Welcome Centre Immigration Services, located at 8400 Woodbine Avenue, Suites 102-103, just south of Highway 7.

Welcome Centre Immigration Services is opening its doors to the public for the juried photo contest and exhibition My Community through My Lens. Twenty-four individuals submitted photos for the contest, which officially wrapped up with an official awards ceremony on May 2. Twenty-two photos were selected, including those of winner Giancarla Querubin and runner-up Payam Azarian-Borojeni, for the exhibit.

The exhibit is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am to 8:30pm and Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. This is a free event that will run all summer until August 8. Come by and get inspired!
