Happy New Year!
Welcome to 2015! It maybe getting on into January as I write this but the sentiments are the same, we hope you have a great year ahead whatever your plans are and may good health accompany you!
The real estate market for farms, acreage and rural homes seems to be staying strong going into this new year as we are still busy with calls and appointments. We continue to get calls in regards to on going Dairy farm operations as well.
If we can be of any assistance in helping to find that perfect property, or to sell your existing one we would be glad to work with you. Just give us a call anytime at 613-969-7591 or 613-968-8019.
While the mucky, muddy days of the end of December have departed January has finally brought us some COLD temperatures. Our grandkids have turned their four wheelers in for skating. Two of the boys are seen below playing a game of shinny in sub zero temps. OH TO BE YOUNG! If you live rural you may also be blessed to have a low spot that occasionally fills with rain then freezes. ( Gramma was sitting in the warm car parked in the field watching with a hot cup of tea! )
We are also working on an actual rink for the grandkids but have run into a few glitches along the way. Sometimes Mother Nature does it best as in the rink in the field.
